Our airport transfer service is a transportation service geared towards students who are studying at University of Chicago, their friends, families, visitors and those business people who want to arrange a ride to or from the airport in advance. It differs from a taxi service since it allows the customer to book a ride in advance for an affordable price.

As part of your airport transfer with us, one of our professionally-trained and friendly drivers will greet you with a name signed in the arrivals hall of the airport, ready to help you with your luggage and guide you to your ride for the day. It is recommended to tell us your flight number so that your driver can make sure he would pick you up in the correct arrival hall and adapt to any changes in your flight's schedule.

All of our drivers are experienced with a wealth of knowledge of the city you will be visiting, so they will be well qualified to answer any questions you may have. Whether you’d prefer to talk to your driver, listen to some music or take a nap after a long journey, the choice really is yours.

Book in advance via our website to ensure your journey from air to road, or vice-versa, as seamless as possible. Simply fill up the request form and we will handle the rest. Once you sent your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours which would includes the arrangement, service fee, and payment options.

RATES

One way trip from airport to the apartment starts at $69.00 for the first 3 passengers, you can already have your safe personal ride who does not only bring you to your destination but also helps with your baggage unlike those rude drivers you may encounter from hailing a cab! Extra of $20 per passenger, in excess of 3 passengers.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All vehicles are new, air-conditioned, and in good condition
The hotel personnel holding a placard with the guest’ name will await at the airport terminal upon the guest’s arrival
Prices are inclusive of all toll fees, but not the 10% tax and 5% service charge
Any missed pick-up caused by providing wrong arrival details will be charged with 50% of the agreed price
A surcharge of US $5 will be applicable for any arrivals after midnight and during holidays

HOW TO BOOK AN AIRPORT TRANSFER

1. SUBMIT THE FORM

Provide your complete schedule on the space provided, i.e. guest's name, number of passengers, date, time, pick-up location, drop off location, and specific requests. Make sure to be able to submit the form at least 48 hours before pick up time for us to confirm your arrangement and offer you the most reasonable price.

2. WAIT WITHIN 24 HOURS

Confirmation and details of your arrangement will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Price and payment options will also be provided. If you have any other request or changes to the booking, this would be the best time to inform us.
